Asked Questions

Please check your junk/spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please email info@pulmapplive.com.


What’s the dress code?
Business casual or smart casual is acceptable. Please avoid shorts, clothing with rips or tears, and flip-flops. We suggest bringing a sweater or cardigan in case the meeting room is cold.


Is there a conference app?
Yes, we will use a conference app (separate from the APAPP app). Details for downloading and logging in will be provided two weeks before the conference.


Will the conference be recorded?
Yes, the conference plenary sessions will be recorded and available on www.pulmapplive.com in early August, 2025.  


How do I make a reservation at the conference hotel?
After you register, a weblink to book a room within the APAPP room block at the Grand Hyatt Nashville will be included in your registration confirmation.
 

ABSTRACTS
Can a representative who is registered to attend the meeting present the abstract?
Yes. The presenter does not need to be the author or co-author.


Can one individual present two abstracts at the conference if they have co-authorship on both abstracts?
Yes.


Can I submit an abstract with graphs or exceeding one page?
Yes, but we ask that you limit it to 1–2 pages max.


Can I submit previously published work?
Yes, we accept encore abstracts.


Who can submit an abstract for the event?
Any healthcare professional (HCP) or conference sponsor.


If my abstract is accepted for display, what size poster should I print?
Please print your poster 4 feet wide by 3 feet tall. Any posters larger than this may not be displayed.


Can I ship my poster to the venue?
Yes. If your submission is accepted for display, instructions on how to label your shipment will be provided.
